-1- Non-stop walking: to be substracted 1h 02m for return trip home-start / finish-home;

-2- Distance: to be substracted 5.00Km (3.33M) for return trip home-start / finish-home ;

-3- Speed per hour: according to app “We walk always to fast”;

-4- Steps: 40,000 – 45,000 per training;

-5- kCal: about 3,000 per traing.
