2017/06/29 – A VISIT TO THE CANADIAN WAR CIMETERY WW II, GROESBEEK, THE NETHERLANDS.

I visited my Late Uncle John Henry Lavigne’s grave in July 2010 at the Groesbeek Canadian War Cemetary in the Netherlands. My Uncle died in war at the age of 20 on August 21, 1945. He was the son of Joseph James Lavigne and Elizabeth Lavigne, of Restigouche, Bonaventure Co., Quebec. Facts: Service Number: G/23903; Force: Army; Unit: Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps; Division: 9 Field Amb.
